The firm was established by Scott Readlinger, who brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the insurance industry. Prior to launching Round Hill, Scott founded Hale Insurance Brokerage and built it into a successful firm that was later acquired by HUB International. At HUB, he served as Senior Vice President of New Jersey operations, leading regional growth through acquisitions and new business development.
Recognizing a growing gap in service quality as national brokers became increasingly consolidated under private equity ownership, Scott launched Round Hill Risk Partners to restore a higher standard of service. Built on a client-first philosophy, Round Hill is committed to delivering comprehensive, customized risk solutions designed to support business owners at every stage of growth.
