Alek focuses on specialty lines and complex risk management solutions for clients across a range of industries. He brings experience in environmental and professional liability as well as large national account management.
He began his career at RT Specialty, specializing in environmental and professional liability placements, before joining Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., where he became Assistant Vice President within the Global Risk Management practice. There, he managed complex accounts across real estate, hospitality, and senior living, working closely with clients to structure tailored insurance programs.
Alek holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation and Property & Casualty licenses. He brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to helping clients navigate complex risk environments.
