He brings over 20 years of experience in brokerage, financial services, and union negotiations, advising public and private employers on benefit strategies that align with their business goals. Before joining Round Hill in 2020, Joel held leadership roles at KTB (a OneDigital Company), ABCO Federal Credit Union, and Grinspec Consulting, and founded his own firm, Ebcon. He began his career as a marine engineer after earning a Civil Engineering degree from Syracuse University, a background that informs his detail-oriented approach. Joel has been licensed in Health and Property & Casualty insurance in New Jersey since 1994.
