Prior to joining Round Hill in 2023, Michael was a Vice President and Risk Advisor USI Insurance, specializing in artisan contractors and other construction risks. Michael promotes client engagement by delivering personalized, responsive and proactive experience providing data-driven insights with cost transparency to create better plan design and uncover more cost savings.
