Scott Readlinger is an insurance expert with over 20 years of leadership, consulting, and brokerage experience across the Government, Real Estate, Construction, Private Equity, and Transportation sectors. In 2019, he founded Round Hill Risk Partners, LLC to deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions with a business-owner-first approach countering the industry trend of consolidation and one-size-fits-all service. Previously, Scott founded Hale Insurance Brokerage in 2004, growing the firm to 32 employees and serving over 3,000 clients before its acquisition by HUB International, the nation’s fifth-largest insurance broker. At HUB, he served as Senior Vice President of New Jersey operations, where he led growth through acquisitions, new talent, and an emphasis on production.
