Tim began his career at CBRE, quickly rising to lead the Industrial Research Team and gaining deep insights into national industrial markets. He then transitioned to Hunt Real Estate Capital as an underwriter, specializing in real estate transactions with a focus on Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae multifamily mortgage products. After Hunt’s acquisition and rebranding as Lument Capital, Tim moved to the sales side, where he was responsible for screening and underwriting additional mortgage products, including bridge loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity financing, and balance sheet lending. In this role, he collaborated closely with production teams to structure deals and ensure seamless closings. Tim later joined Alliant Insurance as an Assistant Vice President in the National Real Estate & Development division, driving strategic initiatives and building key industry relationships before joining Round Hill.
